[W5BCS] 2024-08-13 Net Minutes and Forum Info

Howdy, all!

Another great net for the books! As usual, the minutes are attached and
posted online at https://w5bcs.radio/minutes/2024-08-13/.

As mentioned on the net, the club forum (https://forums.w5bcs.radio) is
open for anyone to create an account. We'll walk through the process at the
upcoming meeting, but for anyone who wants to request an account now may do
so as follows:

   1. Go to https://forums.w5bcs.radio
   2. Click the "Sign Up" button
   3. Complete the "create account" form that pops up. Use your callsign
   for your username.
   4. We'll approve your account, and our server will send you a
   verification email.
   5. Once approved, you can log in and start coordinating with others who
   share your interests.
