• Mark Hnatiuk (KG5EYV) is healing well and his wife Sallyanne is also very pleased with his progress. Starts chemo soon. Their daughter is still in town so they dont need help at the moment.
• Stealth antenna notes and resources from the August meeting are up and on the website.
• Membership information is also on the website under the “About Us” tab.
• Surveying options for club meeting location. Will contact the CS library as a backup. Currently we are grateful to be using the Redcross facility on Boonville Rd.
• Online survey for dinner social will be coming out soon along with a tailgate social for a TAMU home football game with W5AC.
• 40M was very active due to the Kansas QSO Party
  • W5AC worked the Kansas and Hawaii QSO Parties this last weekend and were looking for volunteers. Sign-up on their website to get their emails.
• Special event stations coming up:

Jeff McDowell (KI5CES) Contacted the CS Library via email on behalf of W5BCS. The furniture for the library has arrived and they need help starting Thursday 2019-08-29 wiping down shelves and putting up furniture and books. Would be good if the club could help.

Sly Kapchinski (N5GQB) Gerald W5DUI putting together a Texas QSO Party event at his house for Sept 14-15. More details to come.
