Leadership

  • Lorna & Ken (Committee Members) - only minimally
  • still need a "Raffle Tsar"... someone to be in charge of promotion, make tickets/handouts, and sell

Logistics

  • Do we want to change anything up?
    • Must be present to win?
    • Choose order of preference?
    • Choice between dollar amount and actual prize (e.g., in case non-ham gets a radio)?
  • Only one prize per "price tier"
