Food Coordinator

  • Arrange menu
  • Purchase food

Safety Coordinator

  • Review Arrl Safety materials
  • Prepare local Safety presentation and site specific rules
  • Give safety presentations as required
  • Prepare safety documentation for submission to ARRL

Welcoming Coordinator

  • Solicit volunteers to staff Welcome table
  • Prepare handouts for guest, schedule, Club applications etc
